Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS) has won an $88 million contract to build wideband tactical radios for an unidentified country in the Middle East.

The company will deliver its Falcon III 7800 family of tactical radios,  wideband mobile ad-hoc networking and voice and data communications to the country, Harris said Thursday.

“These advanced communications systems will support the customer’s current and future operational requirements for simultaneous secure voice and high-bandwidth data across a wide range of missions, ” said Brendan O’Connell, president of the international business at Harris RF Communications.
