Thomas Clark, formerly a global business development vice president at an international asset maintenance contractor, has joined Parsons as vice president and director of business development for its transportation segment.“He is poised to make key contributions to our organization, particularly through our life-cycle management and tolling initiatives, “Â Todd Wager, Parsons group president, Â said Wednesday.
A majority of Clark’s 32 years of experience in operations, maintenance and public-private partnerships is in the transportation industry, Â involving highway, railroad and industrial maintenance services.
He holds an economics degree from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
