He previously was responsible for the Raytheon IIS business’ work to consolidate data centers and develop relationships with agencies in the intelligence and civilian sectors, Aerojet Rocketdyne announced Monday.
Ruiz also held the CIO role at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), where he led the company’s work to update its data center, cybersecurity and global network infrastructure.
Prior to his civilian career, he served in the U.S. Air Force and worked as an engineer, logistician, executive officer and program manager.
