Norman Bishop, Keith Kellogg Among Newly Promoted Cubic VPs

cubic corp logoCubic Corp.‘s (NYSE: CUB) board of directors has elected Norman Bishop to the role vice president of corporate development and named Keith Kellogg VP of strategic initiatives.

The board also named Paul Ketchum as VP of accounting and Julie Maloy as VP of corporate tax, Cubic announced Thursday.

Bishop, a former BB&T Capital Markets senior vice president, joined Cubic in March 2012 and led five of the San Diego-based contractor’s strategic acquisitions.

Kellogg, a 32-year Army veteran and retired lieutenant general, previously served as president of Cubic subsidiary Abraxas and is also a former SVP of ground combat programs for Cubic’s defense systems business.

His career in the private sector also includes executive leadership roles at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) and Oracle.

During his military career, Kellogg served as the Pentagon’s director of C4 systems and a principal adviser to the Joint Chiefs of Staff on military command and control.

Ketchum, Cubic’s assistant controller for the past two years, previously worked at Ernst & Young as senior manager of the assurance and advisory business.

Maloy holds more than two decades of international tax experience and will oversee financial and strategic tax initiatives in her new position at Cubic.
