General Dynamics, Boeing, Wyle Primes on Proposed $200M Kuwait F-18 Support Contract

general dynamics logoBoeing (NYSE: BA), General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) and Wyle Laboratories have won a $200 million combined contract with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency to provide aircraft support to Kuwait.

The possible foreign military sale covers technical, logistic and maintenance support for Kuwait’s F/A-18 C/D aircraft as part of the U.S. government’s foreign policy to help the allied country boost its security, DSCA said Monday.BoeingLogo

The agency will assign 90 representatives from both the government and contractors to the country for three years to support the program.

These personnel will help upgrade avionics software, enhance engine parts, propose engineering change, and provide ground support, spare parts, publications and technical documentation.
