STG said Denny will lead capture management, proposal operations and marketing functions.
Denny will also manage the company’s corporate branding and awareness campaigns.
Denny will report directly to STG President and CEO Michelle Lee.
The company said Denny’s areas of expertise include management consulting, information technology and professional services.
The 16-year public sector market veteran previously served as vice president of business development at Serco, where he worked to expand the company’s contracting presence in government markets.
Denny also led large sales and executed new market growth strategies at Serco.
