Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS) has won four contracts worth over a combined $12 million with the U.S. Air Force‘s electronic systems center.
Harris will upgrade the core IT infrastructure of four U.S. Air Force bases, including:
- Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont.
- Creech Air Force Base, Nev.
- Randolph Air Force Base, Texas
- Vance Air Force Base, Okla.
“Harris Corporation’s selection was based on our cost-effective solution and strong past performance integrating active duty, reserve, and Air National Guard units into a single network infrastructure, ” said John Heller, president of Harris IT Services. “Harris continues to deliver proven performance on IT infrastructure contracts, building on our deep understanding of our customer’s core networks and mission requirements.”
