Argon ST Explores Options

Argon ST has announced that the firm will explore “strategic alternatives” including acquisitions, mergers, sale of the company or other transactions. To help address this issue, Argon ST has retained Stone Key Partners of Greenwich, Conn.

The firm’s board of directors maintains that in the event no alternatives prove worthwhile, Argon ST will not pursue an alternative.  The board will not disclose specific developments until a decision is reached.
