Chris Kubasik Joins L-3 as President, COO; Michael Strianese Comments

Chris Kubasik, former president and CEO of the advisory group at professional services firm Seabury, has joined L-3 Communications (NYSE:LLL) as president and chief operating officer.

L-3 said Wednesday that Kubasik will work at the company’s headquarters in New York City and will report directly to Chairman and CEO Michael Strianese.

“The company strongly believes that Chris is the right person to help execute our strategy for growth, optimize performance and contribute to increasing shareholder value, ” Strianese said.

Kubasik led Seabury’s advisory group for two years after he served as president and chief operating officer at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) between 2010 and 2012.
