Steve Cook Appointed Dynetics Corporate Development VP; Marc Bendickson Comments

Steve Cook

Steve Cook, formerly director of corporate development at Dynetics, has moved up to the role of vice president of corporate development and will be responsible for strategy, business opportunities and other business development efforts.

“We are pleased to have someone with Steve’s experience and energy direct our corporate development effort, “ Marc Bendickson, CEO of Dynetics, said Monday.

He joined the company in 2009 as director of space technologies after five years as Ares project manager at NASA‘s Marshall Space Flight Center.

Cook has also served as acting director of the Space Transportation Program,  deputy manager of the Next Generation Launch Technology/Advanced Space Transportation Program and member of the systems engineering and management group at Marshall.

Cook is a recipient of the Meritorious Executive Presidential Rank Award,  NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal,  NASA Exceptional Service Medal, NASA Outstanding Achievement Medal and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics’ Holger Toftoy Award.
