Chantilly, Virginia-based security engineering services provider System High has purchased a Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) business unit that supports the Missile Defense Agency in cybersecurity and computer network defense efforts. System High said Monday its acquisition of the Technical, Engineering, Advisory and Management Support group from Booz Allen includes contracts and 100 employees.
