In his new role, Rosen will lead the company’s financial planning, accounting, capital strategy, human resources, reporting and legal functions. He will collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to advance strategic priorities and support long-term growth.

Who Is Craig Rosen?

Rosen is a seasoned finance executive with more than 15 years of experience leading a broad range of finance and leadership functions, including strategic planning, capital strategy, financial analysis, pricing and operational transformation for venture-backed technology and defense companies. He has guided organizations through periods of rapid expansion, supported growing government partnerships and established strong financial foundations for defense programs. Throughout his career, Rosen has scaled finance teams, modernized financial infrastructure and advised founders, boards and investors on capital allocation, long-term growth and governance best practices.

What Is Rosen’s Professional Background?

Rosen previously served as chief financial officer at Epirus. He previously held the roles of vice president of finance and corporate controller from 2021 to 2023, and head of finance from 2020 to 2021. Prior to Epirus, Rosen spent more than five years at Magic Leap, most recently as director of financial planning and analysis. Earlier in his career, he held finance-related roles at Beats by Dre and Raytheon.

Rosen is the latest executive to join Virtualitics’ leadership team.
