Who Is Nicole Diresta?
The Virtualitics executive is a public policy professional with extensive experience in federal affairs, national security and emerging technology policy. Her background includes work on federal budget and appropriations processes, authorizations, AI policy, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and government operations.
Where Has Diresta Worked Before Virtualitics?
Before joining Virtualitics, Diresta spent over four years at Everfox, where she served as chief corporate affairs officer and previously as VP and chief strategy officer, leading strategic planning, corporate development and government relations.
The government affairs executive was a senior VP at Cassidy & Associates for nearly a decade, advising corporate and nonprofit clients on navigating federal policy, budget and regulatory processes. She also spent more than 11 years on the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee, focusing on defense programs, health initiatives and national security issues. Diresta began her public service career as a legislative assistant.
