Sabel Systems Names Stephen Vukovich Interim SVP, ADAx President

Sabel Systems Technology Solutions has appointed Stephen Vukovich, an IT implementation project manager, as interim senior vice president and president of its aerospace digital acceleration, or ADAx, business unit.

In a LinkedIn post published Wednesday, the company said Vukovich assumes the role following the retirement of SVP Matthew Cho, who concluded his tenure with the company on Jan. 30.

As head of the ADAx unit, Vukovich will oversee strategy and delivery of digital transformation efforts for aerospace and defense missions. He will also help advance digital platforms, lifecycle management capabilities and process optimization as head of digital initiatives for the U.S. Air Force.

The appointment comes as Sabel continues to expand its digital engineering offerings across defense programs, including the rollout of TDPWerx, a commercial off-the-shelf software product designed to validate technical data packages, or TDPs.

Who Is Stephen Vukovich?

According to his LinkedIn profile, Vukovich most recently served as director at Sabel Systems, working on digital solutions, cloud, DevSecOps, platform integration and digital engineering implementation in support of defense, federal and commercial customers.

The U.S. Air Force veteran joined Sabel Systems in 2015 after serving as a consultant at Morgan Borszcz Consulting.

He also held consulting and management roles at Deloitte, Lockheed Martin and BearingPoint.

The U.S. Air Force Academy graduate holds an MBA from the Ohio State University.

“I am proud to be selected as interim Sr. VP of Sabel’s ADAx business unit, ensuring continued leadership and momentum for the team and mission in the USAF space,” Vukovich said in a LinkedIn post.
