Everforth ECS has appointed Meredyth Makris as its new chief human resources officer. The company announced the appointment Thursday on LinkedIn.
Who Is Meredyth Makris?
Makris is a senior HR executive with more than three decades of leadership experience. She brings a proven track record in strategic planning, data analytics, organizational and talent development, succession planning, legal matters, compensation design, and mergers and acquisitions.
What Experience Does Makris Bring to Everforth ECS?
Before joining Everforth ECS, Makris served as chief people officer at Redwire Space and senior vice president of human resources at CACI International. She held a senior global HR leadership post at AstraZeneca and spent six years at Dell EMC in HR director roles. Her earlier career includes HR leadership positions at Healthways, GE Capital, Saint-Gobain and Premier Farnell.
What Other Leadership Moves Has Everforth ECS Made?
Makris’s appointment is the latest since the company rebranded from ECS to Everforth ECS in April as part of ASGN’s broader transition to the Everforth name.
In August, Everforth ECS brought on Sam Yousef to lead its Global Defense business. Yousef is a nearly two-decade veteran of government service, including roles at the Department of War’s Defense Human Resources Activity and Defense Manpower Data Center.
In July, the company named Daniel Keller as business unit leader for defense as part of a wider round of leadership appointments across the company. Keller had served as vice president of defense intelligence and health at the company since 2019. Everforth ECS also named Steven Irish as chief growth officer, a newly created role meant to unify the company’s growth organization and align business development, capture and customer engagement functions.
The moves follow former IDEMIA Public Security North America CEO Donnie Scott’s appointment as president in February, ahead of the company’s rebranding.
