Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) has secured a $176.5M contract modification to help the U.S. Army manage fixed-wing electronic warfare aircraft throughout the fleet's lifecycle.
The service used fiscal 2020 operations and maintenance funds on the award, the Department of Defense said Wednesday. Work will take place in McLean, Va., through Aug. 31, 2020.
The company initially won a $116.9M contract in August 2017 for logistics support services for government-owned SEMA platforms.
EO-5, RC-12 and B-300 planes are designated as SEMA and designed to collect intelligence in real time, according to the Army.
