C5MI Promotes Garth Sanginiti to Chief Growth Officer

C5MI has appointed Garth Sanginiti as chief growth officer, the Jacksonville Beach, Florida-based company announced Tuesday.

What Will Sanginiti Do as Chief Growth Officer?

As CGO, Sanginiti will oversee C5MI’s enterprise growth strategy, including market expansion, strategic partnerships and revenue acceleration. He will help advance the IT and supply chain platforms provider’s execution-led expansion and strengthen alignment between customer demand and operational delivery, enabling sustained growth in complex supply chain and logistics markets.

Who Is Garth Sanginiti?

Sanginiti is a seasoned industry executive with more than 34 years of experience spanning government and commercial acquisition, business development and growth strategy. He initially joined C5MI as managing director of business development before being promoted to CGO. He served as CGO at Anew Solutions, following more than seven years at Deloitte as a client relationship executive, where he led defense-focused growth initiatives and client engagement strategies.

Earlier in his career, Sanginiti held senior leadership roles at U.S. Transportation Command, including chief innovation officer and senior business development executive, following over a decade in senior acquisition positions within USTRANSCOM and the U.S. Air Force at Scott Air Force Base.

“Garth’s transition ensures our client-facing insights directly inform our growth initiatives. By aligning his perspective with the CGO function, we are better positioned to drive value and shape our future growth strategy,” said Don Young, CEO of C5MI.

Leadership Expansion Continues at C5MI

Sanginiti’s promotion follows a series of recent leadership appointments at C5MI, including the selection of Deven Joshi as chief artificial intelligence officer earlier this month. In May 2025, the company also appointed industry veteran Brian Drzewiecki as president and chief operating officer, further strengthening its executive team.
