Doug Wagoner assumed the position of LMI’s CEO in 2020. Under his leadership, he helped LMI acquire Suntiva in 2021, This acquisition expanded LMI’s digital and workforce solutions and enhanced its customer access in the defense and public health spaces.

 

Mr. Wagoner was also vital in renewing LMI’s objectives on diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and equity. Part of this seminal move was establishing the company’s six commitments to promote access, success, and opportunity for LMI’s marginalized sector.

Doug Wagoner’s extensive background in service stems from his previous leadership experiences at other organizations. Outlined below are his former roles before joining LMI:

Doug Wagoner received his 4th Wash100 award in February 2023. The award recognizes his active role in leading LMI’s expansion into the space market and innovation support domains to cater to more customers.

 

Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garretson highlighted that Mr. Wagoner positioned LMI to become one of the nation’s prime contractors in the critical aperture of logistics for various federal markets.

 

Even before LMI delved into the space and innovation markets, Doug Wagoner’s leadership and business acumen have been acknowledged by the prestigious award. He won his first Wash100 award in 2015 for his exemplary leadership in technology and employee development.

 

After six years, he bagged his second Wash100 recognition for ardently propelling LMI’s revenue and growth strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, he became a three-time Wash100 awardee for leading the company’s growth into the federal health and intelligence markets.
