Lentech has appointed Ryan Rohr, a federal market executive, as chief growth officer.
In a statement published Monday, Lentech CEO Rose Allen said adding a chief growth officer marks a meaningful point in the company’s ongoing development.
“We have ambitious plans for the future, and Ryan brings the experience, leadership, and disciplined approach to growth that will help us turn those plans into results. Just as importantly, he shares our belief that sustainable growth is a team effort built on exceptional client delivery, innovation, strong relationships, and collaboration across the enterprise,” added Allen.
What Are Rohr’s Responsibilities as CGO?
In his new role, Rohr will direct Lentech’s overall growth strategy. His responsibilities include building out the company’s standing in the federal market, deepening relationships with existing clients and pursuing new strategic partnerships.
Who Is Ryan Rohr?
Rohr is a federal market executive with 19 years of experience in business development, strategy, capture, operations and enterprise transformation across the defense, national security and civilian sectors. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $4 billion in contract wins and has guided organizations through improvements in win rates, pipeline development, revenue growth and operational performance.
Rohr most recently served as chief strategy officer at Thomson Reuters Special Services. He also held senior leadership positions at Empower AI and ASRC Federal.
What Is Lentech?
Lentech is an Elkridge, Maryland-based employee-owned company that provides IT and space systems solutions and services to U.S. federal government clients across civil, defense and intelligence missions. The leadership addition follows a series of recent moves by Lentech to build out its executive team and technical standing. The company has also expanded its position in the defense and cloud markets. Lentech secured a spot on the Missile Defense Agency’s potential $151 billion Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense IDIQ contract vehicle and earned Amazon Web Services Managed Service Provider status, validating its ability to deliver end-to-end cloud life cycle management to federal and commercial customers.
