GDIT said Wednesday it is leveraging those six digital accelerator areas through its government contracts, including a software development contract with an intelligence agency and an identity, credential and access management contract in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency’s zero trust objectives.
“We are at a critical pivot point in a rapidly changing global and technology landscape,” said Amy Gilliland, president of GDIT and a 2023 Wash100 Award winner.
“This strategy marks a new and exciting phase in our evolution as a high-tech IT solutions provider. The investments we are making will further advance our customers’ missions, drive innovation and growth, and create meaningful careers for our employees,” Gilliland added.
The company has expanded its research and development laboratories to develop prototypes, drive collaboration with partners and test emerging technologies and broadened partnerships with other tech companies.
