RealmOne, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has appointed Mallory Cawlfield chief operating officer, the advanced technology provider said Thursday.
Cawlfield will be responsible for driving the company’s operations in line with its growth strategy. She will also support its workforce, customers and mission, while reinforcing the foundation for what comes next.
RealmOne CEO Matt Ford said Cawlfield’s mission-driven, people-first approach was what drew the company to her, calling it exactly the kind of leadership RealmOne looks for.
“Her experience building and scaling organizations while remaining focused on customers and employees makes her an exceptional addition to our leadership team, and I have immense confidence in the impact she will have at RealmOne,” said Ford.
Who Is Mallory Cawlfield?
Cawlfield is an operations executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience. Before joining RealmOne, she served as executive director at CACI, where she managed a several-hundred-million-dollar portfolio and its operational and growth initiatives. She also oversaw a portfolio spanning multiple prime contracts and mission customers as vice president of Maryland operations at Applied Insight. Cawlfield spent nearly 15 years at Zavda Technologies, where she helped build the company during its formative years, grow its contract base and position it for acquisition.
Cawlfield served in the U.S. Navy and at the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command for eight years as an officer in charge of construction and as a contracting officer. A Level III-certified contracting officer, she handled acquisition planning and contract administration for major construction and facility-support programs during her Navy career.
What Is RealmOne?
RealmOne was launched in January 2024 after Enlightenment Capital combined iNovex, Innoplex, Secure Innovations and HTS Infosys to form a national security-focused technology services company. The company was established to provide cybersecurity and intelligence collection and analysis support to national security customers.
According to Jason Rigoli, a partner at Enlightenment Capital and a 2024 Wash100 Award winner, RealmOne brought together four specialized businesses with established ties to the intelligence community and a record of supporting customer missions. At its launch, RealmOne had more than 1,000 employees serving the Department of War, the intelligence community and other national security customers.
