As companies like Anduril expand capabilities in space domain awareness, industry and government leaders continue to explore the technologies shaping the future of air and space operations. Register now for the 2026 Air and Space Summit on July 30 to join defense officials and GovCon executives as they discuss emerging threats, mission priorities and innovation across these two critical domains.

Anduril said Wednesday the transaction will enable it to combine its autonomy and command-and-control technologies with ExoAnalytic’s sensing and data analytics capabilities to support national security missions as well as enhance its ability to build and deploy platforms across space sensing, tracking, fire control, battle management and countermeasures.

The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

What Is ExoAnalytic Solutions?

ExoAnalytic Solutions is a national security company focused on providing modeling, simulation and analytical capabilities that support national security space programs. The company develops software and tools used in missile warning and missile defense missions and has delivered services to government customers for nearly two decades.

ExoAnalytic also owns and operates a global network of more than 400 commercial telescope systems used to track satellites and other objects in orbit. The network enables persistent monitoring of deep space and provides data that supports space domain awareness and related national security operations.

What Does Anduril Do?

Anduril is a defense technology company that develops autonomous systems, artificial intelligence-enabled systems and software-defined platforms designed to support defense and national security missions.

The company has expanded its portfolio through acquisitions aimed at strengthening sensing, computing and defense technology capabilities. Anduril acquired American Infrared Solutions to add infrared imaging technologies used in sensing systems; purchased the radar and command-and-control businesses of Numerica to expand its portfolio of air and missile defense capabilities; and bought Klas to broaden tactical compute and connectivity technologies supporting defense operations.

Anduril is pursuing a new funding round that could value the company at about $60 billion and collaborating with Davidson and D-Wave on quantum-enabled missile defense planning tools.

In December, the company secured a spot on the Missile Defense Agency’s $151 billion Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense contract.
