The U.S. Air Force has awarded 27 companies spots on a potential five-year, $950M contract to develop and operate systems across ground, air, maritime, space, electromagnetic spectrum and cyber domains in support of the Joint All Domain Command and Control program.
The Department of Defense said Friday the Air Force Life Cycle Management received 28 offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, which covers the demonstration and maturation of capabilities across domains and platforms, use of open systems design and algorithm development.
The service will use research, development, test and evaluation funds for fiscal 2020 on the contract and expects work to conclude by May 28, 2025.
