Sunny Gurpreet Singh is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aeyon. He oversees the company direction, strategic goals, and growth objectives that deliver transformative solutions for defense and civil missions. His management style drives the consistency of excellence to customers and promotes a strong culture of professional growth within the company.
Mr. Singh has over 15 years of executive leadership experience. He was a former chief executive officer of a transportation and logistics company Ace Moving and Storage, for the Department of Defense. An entrepreneur and philanthropist based in Seattle, U.S. he is driven to create a positive impact on his home country.
He founded RoundGlass Foundation in 2014, a global Wholistic Wellbeing organization dedicated to the holistic development of Punjab through education, skill training, and environment conservation.
Duane J. Piper, Chief Administrative Officer
Duane J. Piper, the Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Ethics, and Compliance Officer of Aeyon, works closely with the executive leadership corps. He is responsible for fostering the company’s growth, maturing its operating infrastructure, and achieving its strategic business objectives.
Mr. Piper actively participates in acquisitions and leads parts of integrations. These include creating a back-office platform ready for future expansion and able to position Aeyon as a key player in the GovCon sector.

Jeff Pagano, Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Pagano is the Chief Financial Officer of Aeyon. He oversees the company’s finance functions, including accounting, financial planning, treasury, and tax. He has over 25 years of financial management leadership experience.
Mr. Pagano has expertise in government contracting, private equity-backed ventures, and high-growth organizations with annual revenues ranging from $88 million to $6 billion. With a track record in managing teams and delivering shareholder value, Jeff Pagano has in-depth experience in strategic planning and analysis, capital financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Additionally, he is profound in financial reporting, accounting operations, and corporate financial management. Pagano is currently a Mentor at CFO Rising, and he started his career in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche, L.L.P.
Gary Turner, Chief Delivery Officer
Gary Turner is the Chief Delivery Officer at Aeyon, where he provides knowledge to the company’s stateside and overseas customers. His other responsibilities include customer-facing operations, team management, customer satisfaction, and business development. With over 28 years of experience in the Department of Defense, he has served 21 years as a Financial Management Resource Officer in the Marine Corps.
He holds certifications in Master Project Manager (MPM), Certified International Project Manager (CIPM), and Certified Defense Financial Manager with Acquisition Specialty (CDFM-A). Gary Tuner is proficient in project management, financial management and systems, business processes, internal controls, audit readiness and remediation, policy, and root cause analysis.
Pat Collins, Chief Growth Officer
Pat Collins is the Chief Growth Officer of Aeyon. He drives the company’s strategic growth and oversees business development. He works closely with the company CEO, Sunny Singh, and the executive leaders to ensure the company’s success and provide strategy and leadership to various sectors and service lines Aeyon offers.
Pat started his career as an auditor and later transitioned into consulting. He started and managed a small business before assisting in the growth of small to mid-range firms belonging to the government consulting sector. Before this role, Pat Collins was a Chief Strategy Officer at Sehlke Consulting.
Mark Hogenmiller, Chief Transformation Officer
Mark Hogenmiller is the Chief Transformation Officer at Aeyon. He brings in 30 years of experience in project and program management. This encompasses delivering transformational projects, implementing new business models, and organizational restructuring at Aeyon.
