Linda Harris, former senior vice president of U.S. Air Force programs at Systems Planning and Analysis, has been named CEO of Deftec, according to a LinkedIn post.
Harris will be at the helm of the woman-owned small business as it provides technical, training and advisory services to the Army and other branches of the Department of Defense.
Before joining DEFTEC, Harris spent four years at MCR, which merged with SPA in 2021. She was responsible for growth operations, which primarily includes talent acquisition and proposal development.
She also held management and leadership positions at IT services providers Anteon International Corporation and Salient CRGT. She had a 13-year term in each company.
