VersAbility Resources has secured a potential $126.1 million contract to help o help the Naval Supply Systems Command manage shipboard maintenance parts for afloat U.S. Navy vessels.
The Hampton, Virginia-based nonprofit organization will support the military branch’s offloading and backloading operations within the continental U.S., Guam, Hawaii and Pearl Harbor, the Department of Defense said Friday.
DOD added that the contractor will also support packaging, transportation and warehousing of supply items as part of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity requirements contract.
The IDIQ award covers a five-month base period valued at $10.5 million, four one-year options and an additional six-month extension period.
