Pamela Lincoln, a three-decade U.S. military veteran, has joined Systems Planning and Analysis to direct the company’s program development efforts for the Air Force and Space Force.
The retired AF major general will lead the development of national security space offerings and explore space and air platforms for potential integration with SPA’s other customer services, the company said Thursday.
Most recently, Lincoln helped SPA characterize the space situational awareness market for an Australian customer as a consultant.
She previously served as a mobilization assistant to the Air Force chief of staff and the Space Command head. Her active-duty service involved various assignments until she joined the reserve component in 1998.
