The defense subsidiary of Oshkosh (NYSE: OSK) has received a $99 million delivery order to equip additional Stryker infantry carrier vehicles with a medium caliber weapon system.
Oshkosh Defense will install the 30mm MCWS on 83 vehicles for the Stryker Brigade Combat Team, as part of a potential $943 million contract awarded in June, the company said Tuesday.
The Army, in June, tasked Oshkosh Defense, Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and Pratt Miller Defense to install the weapon system on the Stryker Double V Hull Infantry Carrier Vehicle across six brigade teams.
