New Jersey-based information technology company OM Group has won a seven-year, $485 million contract to consolidate and maintain the U.S. Air Force’s data center systems at Hill AF Base in Utah.
OM Group will deploy applications and perform sustainment and onboarding work for the Hill Enterprise Data Center modernization project, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The IT contractor beat out seven other bidders to indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through a competitive acquisition process.
The Air Force Sustainment Center at Hill AFB is the contracting activity and will obligate $2,500 on the initial task order using fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance funds.
USAF expects the company to complete the project by Feb. 7, 2029.
