Ology Bioservices Wins $106M Army Contract for COVID-19 Vaccine Manufacturing Support

Ology Bioservices has won a one-year, $106.3M reserve production capacity contract for more than 186M doses of COVID-19 vaccines and other treatments to support the Trump administration's Operation Warp Speed.

Army Contracting Command received eight bids for the firm-fixed-price contract that seeks to address an urgent domestic requirement for aseptic fill and finish services amid the coronavirus pandemic, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

The Alachua, Fla.-based biopharmaceutical company received $53.1M at the time of award and is expected to complete work by Aug. 10, 2021.
