The National Institutes of Health expects to issue next week a formal solicitation for an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle worth potentially $700M for NIH staffing support, Bloomberg Government reported Tuesday.
BGOV said the recompete of NIH's Scientific, Technical, and Other Professional Support Services contract will have a five-year ordering period slated to commence by April next year.
The agency has obligated $664M to global workforce provider Kelly Services, the incumbent for the STOPS program, since the government's 2018 fiscal year8, the report noted.
