NetCentrics has secured a potential four-year, $268.5M contract from the Washington Headquarters Services to provide information technology support to a centralized organization responsible for managing the Department of Defense enterprise infrastructure.
The company will aim to understand the Joint Service Provider’s operating environment and help the JSP organization implement technologies and industry best practices, DoD said Thursday.
Another contract goal is to ensure IT service accesibility, security and stability for JSP users.
Herndon, Va.-based NetCentrics will perform work through 2023 at various locations within the National Capital Region, including the Pentagon and Mark Center.
WHS is obligating the full contract amount from its fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance funds.
The Pentagon expects the company to complete services by Feb. 27, 2023.
