Five contractors have won spots on a potential five-year, $990M contract to provide design-build services for construction projects within Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s Pacific area of responsibility.
The multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity covers work on various facility types such as administrative offices, educational rooms, barracks and dormitories, dining areas, site infrastructure and warehouses, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Projects will occur in Guam, Hawaii, the Northern Mariana Islands and other areas within the Pacific and Indian Ocean regions.
The U.S. Navy received eight proposals for the IDIQ via the service branch’s e-commerce portal.

Gilbane SMCC ECC
