Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX) will help the U.S. Marine Corps execute secondary repairable program at its supply chain management centers in several U.S. states and Japan under a potential $495 million contract from the Navy.
The company will be responsible for coordinating repair process by providing logistics consulting services at USMC facilities in Georgia, North Carolina and Hawaii as well as in Okinawa, Japan, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Forty-six percent of work under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will be performed at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany while the remaining will be conducted at Camp Lejeune, Camp Pendleton and other USMC bases.
The IDIQ has a five-year ordering period and is expected to be finished in November 2026 if the six-month service extension option is exercised.
