A special notice posted Friday on SAM says all agency facilities could use the planned eight-year, NFSS procurement vehicle that will include a phase-in period of 30 days and three two-year option periods.
The agency noted it will not seek proposals nor accept unsolicited offers at the time, but expects any potential offerors to own an adequate accounting system.
The potential single-award contract will contain firm-fixed-price task orders with performance-based deductions, time and materials and cost reimbursement provisions, according to the notice.
