Before this appointment, Douglas was talent acquisition director at Trace Systems wherein she created process and system efficiencies that resulted in a decreased time-to-fill and cost of employee acquisition.
She previously held talent acquisition roles at General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) information technology business and CSRA, The Sales Zone and Aerotek.
