6 Contractors Win Spots on $995M NAVFAC Hawaii Design-Build Services IDIQ

Six companies have secured spots on a potential $995 million multiple-award contract to help Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command carry out infrastructure projects within its Hawaii area of responsibility.

NAVFAC received 10 offers for the five-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and issued $25,000 in guaranteed minimum funds to each awardee, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

Contractors will perform design-build or design-bid-build tasks in support of construction, demolition, repair and alteration projects at Hawaii and Wake Island locations.

The awardees are:

• Hawaii Harbors Constructors joint venture
• Kiewit Infrastructure West
• Manson Construction
• Nan
• Nova Group
• The Dutra Group

In November 2021, NAVFAC named six small businesses as awardees of a similar contract vehicle worth potentially $499 million.
