Work will be performed in Falls Church, Va. (82.5 percent), and Reston, Va. (12.5 percent) and is expected to be completed by March 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N00039-10-C-0059).”
