The board of directors of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 42 cents per share on the company’s common stock, payable May 7, 2010, to shareholders of record on April 9. The dividend represents a 10.5 percent increase from the previous quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share.
