PAE said Monday he served as head of security and business development at the GS&S business prior to its acquisition by PAE in January for an undisclosed sum.
In his new role, Lawrence will oversee PAE’s security infrastructure and work to help the company support its customers’ requirements in security.
âWe recognize our responsibility to protect our customerâs information and safeguard our own systems against the increasingly vulnerable security environment, â said PAE CEO John Heller, an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 list for 2015.
Lawrenceâs counterintelligence responsibilities include defense of the company’s business operations and management of a potential risk of losing intellectual property and sensitive information.
He will also work to identify vulnerabilities to information threats, the company said.
