GTEC Hires ManTech’s Cormier

GTEC (NASDAQ: GTEC)  has hired Joseph M. Cormier to serve as senior vice president of finance.  Cormier joins the firm after serving as ManTech’s corporate officer who led and executed ManTech’s mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital structure and investor relations programs.

“It gives me great pleasure to welcome Joe Cormier to GTEC. His extensive experience and expertise in finance, mergers & acquisitions and investor relations will be critical in helping us achieve our growth goals over the next several years, ” said John Hillen, president and CEO of GTEC. “Joe will be a key member of the senior management team, and we look forward to working with him as we continue to make GTEC a leading national security mission partner.”
