Mark Caylor, a corporate vice president and president for enterprise shared services at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), has taken the additional role of chief strategy officer for the company.
He adds corporate development and supply chain management to his work responsibilities and will continue to report directly to CEO Wes Bush, Northrop said Friday.
The company also announced that Stephen Movius will serve as corporate treasurer beginning next month in addition to his role as investor relations VP.
“Mark and Steve are proven leaders who have provided outstanding strategic and financial oversight for Northrop Grumman, ” Bush said.
“These new and expanded roles will further leverage their impact on our company’s performance for shareholders, customers and employees, ” he added.
Movius will succeed Prabu Natarajan, who has been promoted to chief financial officer for the company’s information systems segment.
