AECOM Wins USAID Economic Development Task Order

AECOMAECOM Technology Corp. (NYSE: ACM) has won a three-year, $49 million task order to help the U.S. Agency of International Development administer economic development programs in Mali.

USAID’s office of transition initiatives aims to raise public awareness in the West African nation as Mali seeks to restore democracy, AECOM said Monday.

The company will serve as implementing partner for the project and will work to assist the agency as it seeks to address the state’s needs to build governance structures, particularly in the northern region.

AECOM provides technical and management support services to public and private customers in more than 140 countries worldwide.
