C5MI Names Former ALL.SPACE EVP Eddie Mobley Chief Growth Officer

  • Eddie Mobley will report to CEO Don Young
  • Mobley held leadership roles at ALL.SPACE Networks and L3Harris
  • Interim CGO Garth Sanginiti was named vice president of business development

SAP partner C5MI has hired Eddie Mobley as chief growth officer, placing the company’s growth functions under a single executive as it pursues federal and commercial supply chain work. C5MI said Wednesday Mobley will direct marketing, alliances, business development, solution architecture and pre-sales. He will report to CEO Don Young.

“Eddie’s record of turning complex pursuits into profitable, long-term programs is exactly what this next phase of growth requires,” Young said.

What Will Eddie Mobley Oversee at C5MI?

Mobley is charged with building a qualified opportunity pipeline, refining bid decisions and converting pursuits into profitable awards in coordination with delivery and finance teams. Young said consolidating growth leadership concentrates resources on opportunities with the best prospects for successful execution.

Mobley said he will work with growth, delivery and finance teams to build “a disciplined, repeatable approach to growth.”

“I’m honored to join C5MI at a moment when secure, resilient supply chains matter more than ever to our clients’ missions,” he added.

What Experience Does Mobley Bring to the Role?

Mobley joins from ALL.SPACE Networks, where he managed sales, business development and growth strategy as executive vice president of U.S. government sales. In an earlier business development director role at L3Harris, he oversaw the expansion of a business area valued at $335 million and helped secure $422 million in annual orders.

He served in the Army as a special operations aviator and strategist and earned an economics degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He also holds a master’s in public administration from Harvard.

How Is C5MI Reshaping Its Leadership Team?

Garth Sanginiti, who took over the growth organization in February as interim CGO, will become vice president of business development. The company said Sanginiti’s market insight and client relationships remain essential to its growth strategy. Sanginiti has more than 34 years of experience in acquisitions and business development, including roles at U.S. Transportation Command and Deloitte.

The appointment follows other executive moves, including the hiring of Deven Joshi as chief artificial intelligence officer in February.

C5MI received the Department of Labor’s 2025 HIRE Vets Medallion Platinum Award in December 2025.
