Agile Defense has won a potential five-year, $118 million contract from the Department of Homeland Security’s Citizenship and Immigration Services to support digital modernization efforts.

The company said Monday the Rapid Application and Product Integration Delivery, or RAPID, contract was awarded through the General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule and supports the systems delivery division within the USCIS Office of Information Technology.

What Is the Scope of the USCIS RAPID Contract?

Under the RAPID dual-vendor contract, Agile Defense will provide modernization, security and performance enhancements for mission-critical systems as USCIS works to scale its digital services.

The company secured the award through a code challenge-based procurement process.

USCIS first announced plans to compete the RAPID contract in 2024.

The RAPID award builds on work previously performed by IntelliBridge, which Agile Defense acquired in 2025, under the SPEED program supporting USCIS systems.
