The Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services plans to launch a competition for a multiple-award contract to provide Lean-Agile software development and DevSecOps services for the systems delivery division within the Office of Information Technology.
USCIS anticipates the release of a solicitation for the Rapid Application and Product Integration Delivery contract by April 1, according to a notice published Thursday on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System.
SDD intends to procure such services to deliver secure digital platforms that could work in a multivendor environment.
The RAPID contract, which will be competed as a small business program, has an estimated value of over $100 million and will serve as the next iteration of the agency’s SPEED portfolio of contracts.
Work will be performed in Camp Springs, Maryland, with an expected completion date of Sept. 29, 2029, according to APFS.
USCIS expects to compete and award the contract through the General Services Administration’s IT Multiple Award Schedule by the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024.
