Who Is Kimberly Parker?
Parker is a GovCon industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in contracts, procurement and operations leadership. Her background encompasses a wide range of expertise, including driving automation, process improvement, talent development and delivering strategic outcomes. Furthermore, she demonstrates proficiency in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, risk mitigation and compliance.
Before joining ASRC Federal, Parker had served as senior director of procurement at Battelle since August 2024. She was also VP of contracts and procurement at SOSi, where she helped rebuild its global supply chain and procurement team, modernized enterprise processes and led the Defense Contract Management Agency’s Contractor Purchasing System Review readiness efforts.
At Applied Insight, later acquired by CACI, she served as chief administration officer and VP of contracts, ethics and compliance. Parker also held leadership roles at Leidos, including acting director and associate director of contracts and subcontracts for the defense and intelligence group. Earlier in her career, she progressed through a series of leadership positions in contract and proposal management at SAIC and Booz Allen Hamilton.
