CACI International (NYSE: CACI) has purchased Applied Insight in an all-cash deal as part of a push to expand its enterprise information technology offerings for defense, intelligence and other national security agency customers.
CACI said Tuesday that Northern Virginia-based Applied Insight provides cloud adoption, migration and transformation capabilities for customers across the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.
Applied Insight holds positions on several government contracts, including the General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule and Navy SeaPort-E Next Generation.
“The combined business of CACI and Applied Insight will enhance enterprise-wide cloud, cyber, and user productivity for secure networks in the IC, thus accelerating decision-making and optimizing mission outcomes for analysts and warfighters around the globe,” said John Mengucci, president and CEO of CACI and a 2024 Wash100 awardee.
