CNMF MOF Infrastructure & Design Features

The CNMF MOF project is a $500 million effort to build a 750,894-square-foot facility to accommodate 2,437 personnel. The multi-story building will feature offices, collaboration and operational areas, meeting spaces, machine rooms, remote learning and video teleconferencing spaces, and a full basement. The project involves building the core structure, foundation, elevators, utilities, fire protection, IT and security systems, and exterior finishes. Interiors will include raised floors, acoustic partitions, lighting, climate control, and communications, all meeting Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility standards.

The facility will include redundant power sources and uninterruptible power supply systems to ensure continuous operations. About 1,758 spaces will be added to the parking garage.
