CBP Awards 6 Spots on $900M EBMSS 2.0 IT Support BPA

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection has awarded six companies positions on the potential five-year, $900 million follow-on Enterprise Business Management Support Services, or EBMSS 2.0, blanket purchase agreement for enterprise business and IT support.

EBMSS 2.0 BPA Awardees

According to award notices published on the Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation, the Office of Information and Technology within the Department of Homeland Security’s CBP launched a full and open competition and received 30 offers for the multiple-award EBMSS 2.0 BPA.

The selected vendors are:

  • AnaVation
  • Booz Allen Hamilton
  • CGI Federal
  • Deloitte
  • IBM
  • Steampunk

Scope of EBMSS 2.0 BPA

In July 2024, CBP issued the final request for quote, statement of work and pricing schedule for the BPA recompete.

Services include strategic planning, risk assessment and mitigation, cost analysis, data management, program and portfolio management, and reporting and analytics in support of the agency’s business and mission requirements.

According to FPDS-NG, the ordering period for the BPA will run through Oct. 14, 2030.
